What it is
A JSON REST API for connecting your CRM to CLRD. It runs server to server, authenticates with an API key, and is scoped to your own company, so your systems can read jobs, sites and clients, create records, and pick up job status changes.
Why it matters
This is not an out of the box connector. Your team builds against documented REST endpoints, with API keys, optional IP allowlisting and signed webhooks. It is available now in an early release, offered on Volume Operations, Multi Team Operations and Custom, so higher volume operators can wire compliance into the stack they already run.
