What it is

A JSON REST API for connecting your CRM to CLRD. It runs server to server, authenticates with an API key, and is scoped to your own company, so your systems can read jobs, sites and clients, create records, and pick up job status changes.

Why it matters

This is not an out of the box connector. Your team builds against documented REST endpoints, with API keys, optional IP allowlisting and signed webhooks. It covers generation, load, V2G and decommissioning. Jobs above 50 kW on the Standard Application Form, partially type tested devices and FIT era devices are entered in the CLRD app itself. A summary of what it covers is public at clrd.app/api-docs, and the full reference opens to accounts with API access. Included on Volume Operations and Multi Team Operations, and available on request on any tier.
