What exactly is a Job Template?
A saved System Details configuration: technologies, devices, export limitation and the rest of the system page. Create a 'Standard 3.68kW domestic' template once, and every future job of that shape starts pre filled. Engineers only enter what's actually different (address, customer, MPAN). Templates are on every plan.
How is this different from Small Team?
Small Team is shared workspace for two or three people, 25 jobs/month. Established Business doubles the volume to 50 and adds custom branding, so the cover letter and diagram the DNO receives carry your logo. Everything else, templates, team roles and the address book, is shared across both.
Do we get our own branding on packs?
Yes. Custom branding is included on Established Business and above — your logo on the cover letter and the single line diagram, so the pack the DNO receives carries your name.
What if a job doesn't match any template?
Run it as a blank job, same as before. Templates are an accelerator, never a constraint.
What about the audit trail across the team?
Every action is stamped with who, when and what changed, per job. If a DNO comes back with a question two months later, you can show exactly what was sent and by whom.
Can we buy extra jobs if we go over 50?
Yes. A bolt on pack of 10 jobs is £40 and never expires, so you can top up mid month without moving tier. The jobs roll into the same workspace and the same audit log.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, matched to your scale. You can run real jobs across your actual install types on a set of credits, enough to see CLRD properly before you commit. We size it to fit you.
What if we outgrow 50 jobs a month?
