One job, one complete pack. CLRD produces both stages, the pre install application and the post install notification, with every document built from the same job data so they all agree. Here is exactly what your subscription produces.
What's inside
Everything the DNO needs, in one pack.
Some documents are in every pack. Others appear only when the job calls for them, which is the point: the pack adapts to the install rather than the other way round. Upload any extra documents the job needs and they ship together. Then submit from the platform, or download the pack at the press of a button.

Cover letter
A one page transmittal leading the pack, so your context stays with the documents when the DNO's case system files them away from the email.

The routed DNO forms
The right G98, G99 or G100 forms for the job and its stage, filled out in full. G98 Form B1, G99 A3-3, A1-2 and A3-2, A1-1 and A3-1, and G100 Forms A and C.

Single line diagram
Generated from the install data, configurable, and regenerated for minor changes at install time. It agrees with every value in the rest of the pack.

Site boundary map
The property with its boundary outlined and the meter/cut-out pinned, turned into the location plan the DNO expects. The header states the pin as coordinates and as a what3words address, so the DNO can find it without a map.

Letter of Authority
Ready for your customer to sign: in the app on your device, by uploaded signature, or by a secure link they sign on their own phone, sent by CLRD as an email or a text, or copied to send on WhatsApp. Or upload your own. An LOA you already hold replaces the generated one in every pack.

Device schedule
Added when a device list outgrows a form's printed table. Every device with its register reference and capacity, with the form pointing to it rather than cutting the list short.

EV and heat pump form
The ENA EVCP and HP Connections Form, added whenever the job includes an EV charge point, a V2G charger or a heat pump.

Decommissioning confirmation
G98 Form D1 or G99 Form D1, added whenever equipment comes off the wall, on a replacement or a removal only job. The G98 confirmation is due within 28 days of the removal; the G99 one after the equipment has permanently gone.

Commissioning documents
The post install commissioning paperwork, generated from the same job record and signed by whoever actually commissioned the installation.

Loop impedance readings
Recorded on the job and carried in the pack wherever the DNO asks for them, rather than chased after the fact. SSEN and UK Power Networks both ask for the phase to neutral measurement on an SGI-3 application, SSEN on their own form and UKPN on CLRD's one page statement.

We set the standard high.
Every document is built from one set of job data, so the diagram, the forms and the schedule cannot disagree with each other. The pack is the same whichever DNO it goes to. We don't cut it down to each one's minimum, we set the bar at the highest, so the question of whether your DNO wants something different is already answered.
