CLRD

ENTERPRISE

Built around how
your operation already runs.

Framework delivery, multi client portfolios, white labelled DNO compliance for installer networks. When you carry the compliance risk for work other people install, the platform has to be built around that.

WHY ENTERPRISE EXISTS

You answer for work you didn't do yourself.

A framework holder is accountable for every submission made under its name, by installers it does not employ. A portal operator carries whatever its users file through it. A bureau answers for a portfolio it never visited. The exposure sits with the head entity, while the work happens somewhere else entirely.

At that point compliance is not a workflow question, it is a governance one. You need every submission made the same way, every decision attributable, and the evidence to prove it without phoning the installer who filed it.

PORTFOLIO · HOUSING STOCK
Housing stock portfolio, the kind of multi property delivery an Enterprise CLRD agreement is built around

WHAT YOU GET OUT OF IT

One standard across the network. Evidence for all of it.

Every member installer works to the same routing and produces the same pack, and the head entity can prove it.

One process, however many installers

Routing and documents are derived from the job data and the published rules, so a submission filed by a member you have never met comes out to the same standard as your own.

Evidence at head entity level

Every action attributable to a named user and account, under the regulation version in force. When the accountability sits with you, so does the proof.

Built into your stack, or your product

Bulk CSV ingest, custom API hooks, multi client account structures and white label embedding, wrapped around the systems you already run.

Network

SCALE

Multi client and multi entity account structures.

Evidence

AT HEAD LEVEL

Every submission attributable, under the rule in force.

1:1

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

A dedicated account manager from the first call.

WHAT'S IN THE BOX

What gets unlocked under an Enterprise agreement.

01

Batch and multi premise at programme scale

One batch fans out into a standalone job per premises, each with its own site, MPAN and evidence chain, with the shared G98 Form A where the premises form one close geographic region. No other UK platform automates this.

02

Evidence at head entity level

Every action across the network attributable to a named user and account, under the regulation version in force, with cryptographic checksums on every exported pack.

03

Multi client and multi entity structures

Account structures for installer networks, framework delivery partners and compliance bureaux operating on behalf of others.

04

Custom API hooks

Beyond the standard endpoints, integration work is scoped to your stack and built by our engineers rather than picked from a menu.

05

CSV workflows

Bulk client and site intake from spreadsheets and exports out of housing stock or framework systems, with jobs created through the API, mapped to your fields rather than ours, with a preview before anything is created.

06

White label and embedded options

For portal operators and framework holders surfacing CLRD inside their own product, branded as theirs.

07

Deterministic routing across the network

The same job produces the same route and the same documents whoever files it, derived from the job data and the published rules rather than local habit.

08

Submission volume sized to you

Scoped to your actual throughput, with explicit burst handling and over cap commercials defined upfront.

09

Shaped around larger operations

Where the scale justifies it, we shape things around how you already work. What that involves in practice is scoped with you rather than picked off a list.

10

Security and governance

Encrypted storage, two factor authentication, role based permissions and a tamper evident record on every job. No AI anywhere in the system, so every decision is deterministic and reviewable.

11

Dedicated account management

A dedicated account manager who knows your network and your install patterns, with defined response SLAs and an escalation path.

12

Commercial terms built round the relationship

Annual contracts, framework aligned terms, multi entity invoicing, data processing addenda and security questionnaires.

THE PLAN

The plan, and a trial built round you.

Pick the plan that fits your volume, or we'll set you up on a tailored trial so you can see the difference in your own workflow before committing to anything.

HOW THIS STARTS

A conversation, not a sign up form.

At this level how it gets set up matters as much as what it does, so you get a named contact from the first call rather than a support queue.

FAQ

Common questions, answered.

When should we be on Enterprise rather than Multi Team Operations?
If your shape needs anything that isn't in the published plans: bespoke commercial terms, CSV ingest from a portfolio system, white label embedding, framework alignment, multi client structures, or volume that goes meaningfully past 200 packs/month sustained. If you're not sure, the call will tell us both.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is scoped to volume, integration footprint, support level and commercial complexity. We share an indicative range early, refine after a scoping session and contract on annual terms.
Can CLRD be white labelled inside our portal?
Yes. Embedded and white label options are scoped case by case as part of an Enterprise agreement. Tell us what your product needs to surface and we will tell you what is possible.
Can you sign our data processing agreement and security questionnaire?
Yes. DPA, security review, and InfoSec questionnaires are standard parts of Enterprise onboarding. Your dedicated account manager runs that process with you.
What does onboarding look like at this tier?
Discovery, architecture, integration build, pilot under a real workload, then phased rollout. Led by your dedicated account manager, at a pace set by the integration depth and the size of the rollout.
Do you work with installer networks where the installers themselves use CLRD?
Yes. Enterprise supports network and framework structures where a head entity holds the contract and member installers operate under it, with appropriate visibility and reporting at the head level.
Who do we talk to?
Book a call from the CTA below. The first call is about how your operation actually works, and what CLRD needs to fit into it.

Tell us the shape of your operation.

We'll come back with an architecture, an integration plan and a commercial shaped around your operation.
