A quiet DNO gets flagged
No acknowledgement within 2 working days (10 at operators that don't send one automatically), or no decision after 28 days, and the job tells you. Nobody has to remember to chase.
Amend
Change it without starting again
Need to correct an application the DNO already holds? Amend it on the same job. Only the changed documents go, with a letter saying what changed, on the same DNO thread.

Common questions, answered.
What if I do more than 10 jobs in a month?
Two options. Buy a bolt on pack of 10 jobs for £40, to top up the month without changing plan, or move up to Small Team (£69, 25 jobs/month) any time. Monthly plans have no lock in.
Do I really not have to draw the SLD?
Correct. CLRD generates the SLD from the system inputs you've already entered, including multi string layouts, batteries, G100 CT, MPAN and DNO cutout. If you'd rather supply your own, upload a PDF instead.
How do I know it picked the right DNO and the right form?
The forms are selected deterministically from the system data: G98, the right G99 sub form, G100 where needed, and the DNO is set from the site MPAN. The job shows you what was picked and why before you send anything.
Is it really faster than just doing it myself?
Manually, a DNO application takes most installers 45 to 70 minutes. On CLRD it's roughly four. That's the difference between losing the evening and sitting down for one cup of coffee.
Do I need MCS? An office? An assistant?
If you're MCS certified, you're exactly who it's for, and that's all you need. No office, no assistant. If you can fill in a job sheet, you can run a job through it.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, matched to your scale. Your first job is free, so you can run a real one end to end before paying. Larger trials are arranged with us before you commit. We set one up to fit how you work.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for: the month, or the year on annual billing. Your data stays accessible until then, you can export anything you need, and there's no exit fee.
