Replies land on the job's own thread. Approval letters from all six DNO groups are read, in the formats CLRD has seen: the reference and any export limit filled in, and one click sends it to your client.
Follow up
A quiet DNO gets flagged
No acknowledgement within 2 working days (10 at operators that don't send one automatically), or no decision after 28 days, and the job tells you. Nobody has to remember to chase.
Amend
Change it without starting again
Need to correct an application the DNO already holds? Amend it on the same job. Only the changed documents go, with a letter saying what changed, on the same DNO thread.

Common questions, answered.
What does 'API access included' actually mean?
REST endpoints to create jobs, push system data, read jobs, sites and clients, and listen for signed status webhooks. Authenticated per account and scoped to your company. Documented and supported. On Established Business it's available on request; here it's bundled.
How do batch and multi premise jobs work?
You enter the client and the system configuration once and list the premises. What you get back is not one big job but a proper job per plot, each carrying its own site, MPAN, documents and evidence chain, so a query about plot 34 is answered from plot 34's own record. The shared inputs are collected once on the batch: signatures, the diagram, the installation date. Where the premises sit close enough together to count as one close geographic region, CLRD also produces the single G98 Form A that covers them all, and holds the installs until the DNO approves it. No other UK platform automates this.
How extensive is the branding?
Your company logo on the cover letter and the single line diagram of every pack, so what the DNO receives carries your name.
What's the SLA on priority support?
Same business day first response on standard tickets, faster on platform blocking issues. Specific targets are confirmed at onboarding.
Do we get a real person to talk to?
Yes. A dedicated account manager who knows your account, your install patterns and your typical DNO mix, rather than a rotating ticket queue.
Can we go over 100 jobs in a busy month?
Yes. Bolt on packs of 10 jobs for £40 handle burst usage without moving tier, on top of the included 100. Multi Team Operations (200 jobs, £379/mo) is the next step up if 100 stops being enough sustainably.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically one to two weeks end to end: account setup, template build, API wiring and a working pilot job. We do the heavy lifting.
Is there a free trial?

Does the API support our CRM?
