What does 'API access included' actually mean?
REST endpoints to create jobs, push system data, read jobs, sites and clients, and listen for signed status webhooks. Authenticated per account and scoped to your company. Documented and supported. On Established Business it's available on request; here it's bundled.
How do batch and multi premise jobs work?
Create one batch: one client, one shared system configuration and a list of premises. CLRD fans it out into a standalone job per premises, each with its own site, MPAN and documents, and produces the shared G98 Form A where the premises form one close geographic region. Sign once, draw the diagram once, generate and submit together. No other UK platform automates this.
How extensive is the branding?
Logo, cover sheet, colour accents and contact block on every exported pack. The DNO sees a pack that looks like it came straight from your office.
What's the SLA on priority support?
Same business day first response on standard tickets, faster on platform blocking issues. Specific targets are confirmed at onboarding.
Do we get a real person to talk to?
Yes. A dedicated account manager who knows your account, your install patterns and your typical DNO mix, rather than a rotating ticket queue.
Can we go over 100 packs in a busy month?
Yes. Bolt on pack credits, 10 for £40, handle burst usage without moving tier, on top of the included 100. Multi Team Operations (200 packs, £379/mo) is the next step up if 100 stops being enough sustainably.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically one to two weeks end to end: account setup, template build, API wiring and a working pilot job. We do the heavy lifting.
Is there a free trial?

Does the API support our CRM?
