Common questions, answered.

How many users can we add?

Small Team is sized for two to three active users sharing the same workspace. If you need more seats or higher volume, Established Business (50 packs/month) is the next step up.

Do all users see all jobs?

Yes. The point of Small Team is shared visibility, so anyone can finish what anyone else started. Role based access kicks in on Team Operations plans.

What counts as a 'pack'?

One generated DNO submission pack: the routed form, the SLD, the LOA and supporting documents. Drafts, edits and regenerations don't burn extra packs.

What if we hit 25 in week three?

Move up to Established Business mid month, prorated. No lock in, no penalty, no rebuild of any of your data.

Can we buy extra packs without moving tier?

Yes. Bolt on pack credits are available in blocks of 5 or 10, so you can top up mid month and stay on Small Team. They roll into the same workspace and the same audit log.

Do you cover commercial as well as domestic?

Yes. G98 and the G99 SGI procedures cover domestic and small commercial; General Type A covers larger small commercial up to 50 kW three phase. G100 export limitation is supported on any route that uses it. All of it is on Small Team.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, matched to your scale. Your team can run real jobs on a set of credits, enough to test CLRD properly before you commit. We size the trial to fit how you work.

Can the office user run packs without an engineer logging in?

Yes. Anyone with a seat can run any job end to end, as long as they have the data. That's the whole point.
