No acknowledgement within 2 working days (10 at operators that don't send one automatically), or no decision after 28 days, and the job tells you. Nobody has to remember to chase.
Amend
Change it without starting again
Need to correct an application the DNO already holds? Amend it on the same job. Only the changed documents go, with a letter saying what changed, on the same DNO thread.

Common questions, answered.
How many users can we add?
As many as you like — Small Team has no seat cap (no multi user plan does). It's built for a crew of two or three sharing 25 jobs a month; if you're running more than that, Established Business (50 jobs/month) is the next step up.
Do all users see all jobs?
If you want them to. Each member's job access is set when you invite them — own jobs only (the default), view all, or edit all — so a two person crew can run with full shared visibility and anyone can finish what anyone else started, while a subcontractor sees only their own work. The same per member permissions exist on every multi user plan, including this one.
What counts as a job?
One installation at one site. Its credit is used the first time its documents are generated. The commissioning notification, regenerations and amendments on that job are free, and drafts and edits cost nothing.
What if we hit 25 in week three?
Move up to Established Business any time. It starts straight away with its full 50 jobs, and any jobs you hadn't used on Small Team this month come off the bill. No lock in, no penalty, no rebuild of any of your data.
Can we buy extra jobs without moving tier?
Yes. A bolt on pack of 10 jobs is £40 and never expires, so you can top up mid month and stay on Small Team. The jobs roll into the same workspace and the same audit log.
Do you cover commercial as well as domestic?
Yes. G98 and the G99 SGI procedures cover domestic and small commercial; General Type A covers larger jobs, on the A1-1 up to 50 kW three phase and on the Standard Application Form up to 1 MW. G100 export limitation is supported on any route that uses it.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, matched to your scale. Your team can run real jobs on a set of credits, enough to test CLRD properly before you commit. We size the trial to fit how you work.
Can the office user run jobs without an engineer logging in?
Yes. Give them Edit all jobs and the office can run any job from the data. The exception is the commissioning declaration: the engineer who commissioned the install signs it, from a request in the app.
