CLRD

Feature · AI assistant

AI that explains the rules. It doesn't decide them.

CLRD is deterministic. Same job in, same route out, every time. We built the platform that way from the foundation up, and the assistant sits on top of it, never underneath. It knows the ENA routing procedures and how CLRD works, where things are and how things work. It cannot touch the routing.

It explains the ENA routing procedures.

Where the thresholds sit when there's already generation on site. What Fast Track will and won't accept. Whether an export limitation scheme changes what you have to declare. What a Letter of Authority is really for. The questions 700 pages answer slowly. It cites the form and the procedure it's drawing on, so you can check rather than take its word.

It explains CLRD.

What a field wants. Where a document comes from. Why the platform is asking for something, so the fields stop feeling arbitrary. The question you'd otherwise email us about, answered at nine at night.

It doesn't see your data.

No job data. No customer details. No DNO correspondence. It's a reference, not a reviewer: it won't check your job over, because it can't see it. It runs on Anthropic's Claude, so your question goes to Anthropic. Your job data doesn't. Your pack is the engine's, start to finish.

And we're still on the end of the phone.

It isn't there to hold you at arm's length, it's there for the question that's blocking you right now. Ring us, email us, send us a job, same as always. The chatbot just means you don't have to wait until Monday.
