Feature · Auto-Extract

Your site survey, read into a new job.

Upload the site survey, the design proposal and a photo of the bill. CLRD fills in the client, site and system details, and you check every one.

First job free, no card. Auto-Extract free during the pilot.

What it is

A G98 or G99 job, started from the survey.

On the Client step of a new job, add the paperwork you already have, or paste the details in from an email or your CRM. CLRD fills in what it finds, and you carry on in the wizard as normal.

Why it matters

The job is already written down in the survey and the proposal. Auto-Extract reads it in, so a new job starts filled rather than blank, and what the survey says is what the job starts with. Every field still gets the same checks as one you type. The AI only reads: once you've confirmed the details, the rules engine decides the route and the forms.

A head start on every job, in the wizard you already use.

  • Client, site and system details filled in from what it finds.
  • Fills only what's empty. Anything you've typed stays as it is.
  • Every field there to check before you continue, validated like any other.
  • Devices matched to the ENA register by CLRD, not the AI, so every reference comes from the register.
  • Personal details replaced with placeholders before anything reaches the AI.
  • The AI never routes the job. The rules engine decides the forms.
  • Free during the pilot, on every plan.

In practice

What changes on the next job.

A head start

The job opens filled from the survey, the proposal and the bill.

Straight from the source

What the survey says is what the job starts with.

Register references

Devices matched to the ENA register by CLRD itself, never guessed.

Your entries kept

Anything you've typed stays exactly as you typed it.

Client details protected

Personal details become placeholders before the AI sees anything.

The same checks and route

Validated like any field you type, and routed by the rules engine as always.

Questions

Auto-Extract, answered.

What can I upload?
The site survey, the design proposal and a photo of the electricity bill. Or paste the job details in, from an email or your CRM.
Will it change anything I've already typed?
No. It only fills what's empty, and every field is there for you to check before you continue.
Does the AI decide the forms?
No. It reads the paperwork. Once you've confirmed the details, CLRD's rules engine picks the route and the forms, exactly as it does for any job. The devices are matched to the ENA register by CLRD too, not by the AI.
What happens to my client's personal details?
They're replaced with placeholders before anything is sent to the AI.
What does it cost?
Nothing during the pilot, on every plan.
