What it is

Submit straight from CLRD, to every DNO and nearly every IDNO. The pack goes by email to the DNO's inbox for that route, from the job's own reply address, with the status tracked from the moment it goes out.

Why it matters

Most DNO applications today are emailed from someone's own inbox, to whichever address they had on file, and the replies land wherever that was. CLRD sends the same email properly: to the right inbox for the route, from an address that belongs to the job, so every reply comes back to the job, time stamped, with its status beside it.
