Stuck on a DNO application? Hand it to CLRD.

What it is

The button that hands a job to the CLRD team.

Every page of the New Job wizard carries an Escalate to CLRD button, and the dashboard has New Managed Job. Press it and what you've entered so far is saved. Add a note, paste in the site survey if you have one, and attach whatever files you've got. The screen shows the price for the job's route and anything your account still needs, with the fix beside each. Send it, and the job goes to the CLRD team, who complete it and submit it to the DNO in your name.

Why it matters

Some jobs aren't worth your evening: a Type A application, an awkward DNO, a job you've half entered and can't finish. Escalate to CLRD turns that into one click from where you are, without starting again or explaining it all on the phone. It's the way into Managed Jobs from inside CLRD.

• On every page of a new job, and as New Managed Job on the dashboard.
• What you've already entered is saved when you escalate.
• Add a note, with room to paste a site survey.
• Attach files: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text or photos, up to 10 MB each.
• The price for the job's route is shown before you send it.
• One time setup: your signature on file, since the forms go out in your name, and a card saved for the fee. Subscribers aren't asked for a card.
• Anything missing is listed with the fix beside it. A team member is told which account owner to ask.
• The job stays yours: your name, your signature, your client. It uses none of your plan's pack allowance.
• Follow every step on the job, and talk to the team on its CLRD Messages thread.
• Jobs on the few IDNO networks that only take applications through their own portal can't be escalated. CLRD tells you before you try.
